The following general business terms are valid for all contracts and other services. Any regulations of the contract partner which deviate from these are hereby explicitly declared invalid. All additional agreements must have our written authorization. The Christliches Zentrum e.V. Stadthagen has the right to change or expand these general business terms, including all contingent arrangements, with reasonable notice. Previous contracts will be adjusted according to the general business terms which are still valid.

The offer for the conclusion of a contract comes from the proposer as soon as he clicks on the “Send” box, and it is binding. Any services performed and billing for board and accomodations on our association's premises is done through WEITOPEN! Service GbR

The use of all graphics and pictures, including the logo and all texts, in other documents or websites for private, commercial or advertisement use requires the written permission of the Christliches Zentrum e.V. Stadthagen.  

The Christliches Zentrum e. V. Stadthagen is not liable for the content of any websites other than their own.

The place of jurisdiction is the location of the Christliches Zentrum e.V. Stadthagen. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively.

 

According to Article 28 of the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) we wish to point out that in the area of business development the necessary data are developed and stored using computers according to Article 33 of the BDSG.

The Christliches Zentrum e. V. Stadthagen handles all data from clients and conference participants that is necessary for our work in a confidential and lawful manner. Personal information received through the use of the website are only used internally and not given out to a third party, unless the client commissions the Christliches Zentrum e. V. Stadthagen to book his accomodation. In this case the personal data will be forwarded to the host.
